I AM SO MAD!!! i can't believe some FUCKER just scratched my car. the scratch is so long!! its from the headlamp to the tail lamp. and the moron can't even scratch straight! STUPID.

I hope he dies in a car accident RIGHT NOW. GRRRRR.

this was a dinner from a few weeks back.. i was super late cuz i was rushing some writeup, u can see nice sunset photos with a rainbow on aud's blog.. which i missed cuz i reached the Sunset Grill, after sunset. bah. but this time, no more car drama.. ;)


level 10 spicy chicken wings - the killer!! omg it is really insanely hot.. but kinda nice still, in a masochistic kinda way.. ;)

i was however, not pro enough to handle it, so i contented myself with the level 2 wings instead.. :p

the fish and chips main course.. no bad, but a lil too oily..


the jug of water tt quickly emptied itself once the wings arrived.. haha

after that, we went to serangoon gardens.. to this most interesting shop - Ice Cube. the desserts there are quite cheap and really good! they have this item called the Magic Potion.. which is basically creating yr own sundae. u get ice cream, plus shots of whatever alcohol u want, and there are the nice flavored shots.. think it'd go quite well together!! haha.

here's kenrick with his double choc whatever.. it was quite good tasting though it was so shit looking. HAHA. and he has tt light halo thingie AGAIN!

i wanted this! alcoholic's anonymous.. its really good - my fav rum and raisin ice cream.. its just so excellent.. :D

Fun, Food, Fun, Food

first and foremost, i must talk abt the AMAZING concert i went to last night!! i went A*Mei's STAR Tour.. it was freaking packed. this pix was taken quite early on, before the whole freaking stadium was packed to the brim. needless to say, parking and driving was disastrous. haha. i foolishly did not bring my camera! i didn't know tt they weren't gonna be so strict abt it now, unlike in the past where they didn't even allow bottled water! haha.

the stage was interesting, cuz it was 4 sided..

the lights went out! oooh, excitment. everyone cheering SO LOUDLY! the atmosphere was excellent.. haha

the huge thing in the middle was just for her to emerge from! haha. then it wun be used anymore..

there, u see her emerging as the center piece lifts off!

and so, i shall resort to stealing a few pix from other websites.. haha

the headgear is off! and the show begins. her singing is fantastic.. her voice is supremely rich, well controlled, and powerful. i only remember one note tt was off key in 3 hours.. it was truly an awesome experience!!

oh and she talks to audience! and since she is highly engaging and really hilarious, it was really enjoyable. she actually talked to individual fans, well cuz they were crazy enough to shout really loudly to her. haha. like, one person proposed, and other fans were just screaming really random things. haha. but kudos to them, they are so freaking loud.

there were all the big ballads, and even dance segments! the dance was quite cool.. there were 4 males and like 8 females.. it was highly multiracial.. blacks, angmohs, japs, chinese and some other races tt i'm not too sure off. but they were good.. :) and she does the intro thingie, and then the dancers have their own routine.. ;)

well, she also did the same with her band, forcing them to sing.. lol, and some of them really can't and dun wanna. it was damn funny, and she said tt segment was just to sabo one of the band members who hates singing. haha.. well, all in all, i can't stop raving abt the concert. but yes, i loved it. and the audience was cool, they actually sang when she stopped to let the audience sing.. and u can actually hear it! coolness.. :) must go for another concert again.. atmosphere is electric! :)

ok, on to more everyday things... ;) this was a dinner at somewhere.. haha, owen road i think. and there were 2 owen roads.. which was really confusing. they were like not connected, such a bad design.. i was so late, cuz i ended the day at 7 or sth.. :X

the place had a very nice door, and reception! too bad i didn't manage to take a pix of it.. it looked quite nice.. :) great ambience

the drinks are cool.. they have quite a few drinks, and u can even have them make your own creation if u want.. :)

it was mostly finger food, which was not bad.. but not so dinner-ish.. ;)


after which, we did a drive a round in lil india, admiring the deepavali lights!

and headed down to roberston quay for desserts.. :D yummy! or so we thought.. went to this place called macaron. they were freaking annoying. insisted we each had to get a dessert.. we were like what?? yx wanted to buy a drink.. but they were like so hesitant, so in the end, we decided not to waste time, and just ordered desserts.

so this was mine.. looked nice, was small, and was ex.


well, at least it was more palatable than the 2am desserts.. and for the same price as well..

mich's really ex dessert.. but i loved the blood orange jelly and the rest of it. really good :)




wanz's one.. some raspberry granite.. it was qutie good as well!

yx's cheese ice cream.. really unique.. tasted quite good too! :)

and i forgot what this was.. haha, but its certainly not cheese!

this desserts after dinner at sushi tei.. on a friday last week.. this is marmalade pantry!

yup.. fish's apple crumble thingie.. its quite good, a simple dish done really well.

the famous sticky date pudding.. it's heavenly, like always :)

mich's lemon tart.. i always wanted to order it cuz it looked so good, but since i dun really like lemon, i have not yet tried it. but from the little nibble i had, i think its worth a venture.. :D

and then mine! the banaofee pie! cream, toffee, bananas.. all my fav. its just excellent! :D

after which, we proceeded to ian's place to play claire's wii.. we also had gastronimia's desserts! they were fantastic.. thanks claire, once again! you're such an angel.. :)
